With Myopia, Charlotte Alice Martha currently continues her investigation into perception and reality. Inspired by plein air studies in public space without corrective eye lenses, she examines the blurred boundary between what is seen, what is felt and what is understood. The resulting oil paintings and photographic images invite viewers to reconsider how perception shapes reality and how individual filters mediate experience.
